Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Staymeta account, email play@staymeta.com from the email address associated with your Staymeta account.

If we cannot verify the request from the account email address, we may ask for additional information that is reasonably necessary to confirm account ownership before deleting the account.

When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Staymeta account, including:

If your account uses a third-party sign-in provider, deleting your Staymeta account does not delete your account with that provider. You may need to manage that provider account separately.

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes. We may also keep data that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it no longer identifies you.

Retained data is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it is retained, or for the period required by applicable law.

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.

We will send a confirmation email when the deletion request has been completed, or contact you if we need additional information to verify or process the request.
